1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resume Glance ("the Service"), operated by MRPARVEEZ LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resume Glance is an AI-powered resume optimization service. You can upload your resume and a job description to receive an analysis including match scoring, keyword gap analysis, and AI-generated optimized resumes and cover letters.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Tier

New users receive 3 free resume scans that include full ATS analysis, keyword matching, strengths, improvements, and suggested edits. Free scans do not include AI-generated optimized resumes or cover letters.

5. Paid Services and Credits

5.1 Purchase Options

We offer the following paid options:

  • Single Resume — 1 credit for one AI-optimized resume and cover letter
  • 5-Pack — 5 credits for five AI-optimized resumes and cover letters
  • 30-Day Unlimited — Unlimited resume optimizations for 30 days (subscription)

5.2 Credits

Credits purchased via Single Resume or 5-Pack options do not expire. Each credit entitles you to one AI-optimized resume and a tailored cover letter for a specific job description.

5.3 Subscriptions

The 30-Day Unlimited plan is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe's customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.4 Pricing

Prices may vary based on your geographic region. Current prices are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Due to the nature of digital services (AI-generated content delivered immediately upon use), we generally do not offer refunds for credits that have been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your optimized resume, the credit will be automatically refunded to your account.

7. AI-Generated Content

The optimized resumes and cover letters generated by our Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality and accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it
  • We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews or employment
  • Generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

You retain full ownership of your original resume content. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use any AI-generated content we create for you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading resume information

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by MRPARVEEZ LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRPARVEEZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRPARVEEZ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
